2010 will be our 13th year serving our community in the Northwest. It has been a source of great personal pride to have helped so many families grow and evolve. It is amazing to think how many of my customers bought thier first home with our services, and now thier children are going to be future homeowners in a few short years!

We will NOT be another rate quoting web site festooned with photos of happy people we have never met. I want to implement some of the newer useful tools available to improve communication and educate. We are getting close.  Use the form on the left to send me a note if you have a suggestion.

2010 we welcome some groundbreaking changes in the mortgage industry  If you do not fully understand the effects and if you are not working with a competent and ethical broker, you could be severly penalized. Ask yourself a question the next time you receive a solicitation letter, "When was the last time something good happened during an 800# Toll Free Call."  Calling a stranger to discuss your mortgage situation is never a good idea.  Now, more than ever you need an honest, ethical and competent mortgage professional who knows how to work through and with the new programs!  If you are a past customer, you always have access to me for answering questions.   Make that an early New Year's resolution: call James and update him with your current life and situation.  Would love to hear from you!  With a guide you will know what to expect and how to achieve your goals!
