2010 will be our 13th year serving our community in the Northwest. It has been a source of great personal pride to have helped so many families grow and evolve. It is amazing to think how many of my customers bought their first home with our services, and now their children are going to be future homeowners in a few short years!

We are still working on our site. With so many changes the industry is going through, the focus has been servicing our customers directly.  Check back or send me an email using the form on this page and I will notify you when this site is updated.

We will NOT be another rate quoting web site festooned with photos of happy people we have never met. Clip art has its place but it never has the true flavor of the Northwest and what we are trying to accomplish.  We are getting close.  Use the form on the left to send me a note if you have a suggestion.

2010 we welcome some groundbreaking changes in the mortgage industry. The individuals still in lending are an outstanding group. It would be an interesting demographic to analyze and compare to five years ago.  My guess would be; over 30, over 8 years in the industry, and 20% colledge educated.  Compare this with the last conversation you had with a large institution and an 800 toll free number. Ask yourself a question the next time you receive a solicitation letter, "When was the last time something good happened during an 800# Toll Free Call." 

Now, more than ever you need an honest, ethical and competent mortgage professional who knows how to work through and with the new programs!  If you are a past customer, you always have access to me for answering questions.   Make that an early New Year's resolution: call James and update him with your current life and situation.  Would love to hear from you!  With a guide you will know what to expect and how to achieve your goals!
